IUBEȘTE-MĂ

Privește-mă când îți șoptesc 

cântece de dragoste,

îmbrățișează-mă de parcă lumea 

s-ar sfârși în clipa următoare,

sărută-mă de parcă ar fi ultima dată

înainte de călătoria spre soare

Așază-te lângă inima mea și dormi

legănată de vise

Te rog, mâine dimineață să fii tot aici,

printre priviri duioase și narcise

Iubește-mă cu toată tandrețea,

iubește-mă cum numai tu știi

de la răsăritul și până la apusul soarelui

și-n zori de zi

Înfruntă timpul și rămâi aici,

nu mai căuta un alt paradis,

rămâi și-o să-ți șoptesc

poeme de nedescris

LOVE ME

Look at me when I whisper
songs of love,

hold me as if the world
were ending in the very next moment,

kiss me as if it were the last time
before the journey toward the sun.

Lay beside my heart and sleep,
cradled by dreams.
Please, when morning comes, still be here,
among tender gazes and daffodils.

Love me with all your gentleness,
love me as only you know how,
from sunrise until the sun sets,
and in the breaking dawn.

Defy time and stay here,
seek no other paradise,
stay, and I will whisper to you
poems beyond description.
